Highest-ever voter participation in West Bengal Elections
This year, West Bengal saw its highest-ever voter participation of 92.47%. According to the Election Commission of India, this was the highest in any Assembly or Lok Sabha election held in the state. Male voter turnout was 91.74%, while female voter turnout was even higher at 93.24%.
