The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) will conduct the Provincial Civil Service (PCS) Mains Examination 2026 on August 23, 2026 (Sunday). The examination would be  conducted in offline mode across 12 districts at 229 examination centres. Through this recruitment drive a total of 2587 vacancies will be filled for various posts including Auditor, Amin, Executive Officer and others. As per the examination schedule released by the Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC), the Lower PCS Examination 2026 will be conducted in a single shift. Candidates who will take part in UPSSSC Lower PCS Examination 2026 must follow all the instructions issued by the commission to ensure a smooth and hassle free examination process. • Candidates must carry a printed copy of the UPSSSC Lower PCS Admit Card 2026 to the examination centre. Entry will not be allowed without the Hall Ticket.

• Before arriving at the exam venue candidates must have a valid photo ID proof with them for identity verification purposes.

• Candidates should reach the examination centre before the reporting time to complete security checks.

• Candidates should check the exam centre address and reporting time mentioned on their admit card before leaving for the examination.

• Candidates must maintain discipline inside the examination hall and follow the instructions given by the invigilators.
