TS PGECET 2026 Final Phase Counselling: The Telangana Council of Higher Education (TGCHE) has started the TS PGECET 2026 final phase counselling process for admission to M.E., M.Tech. and M.Arch programmes for the academic year 2026-27. Candidates who are eligible and have not participated in the first phase can register online and complete the certificate verification process through the official counselling portal, pgecetadm.tgche.ac.in.
Candidates who participated in Phase 1 but did not secure a seat, want to change their college or course, or were allotted a seat but did not pay the fee or report to the allotted college can also participate in the final phase. Candidates who have already completed certificate verification in Phase 1 do not need to repeat it and can directly exercise web options.
TS PGECET 2026 Final Phase Counselling: Important Dates
The preliminary verification will be carried out using the uploaded certificates. Candidates may be contacted by verification officers if clarification is required, so they should keep their registered mobile number active.
After verification, eligible candidates can enter their web options from August 29 to 31. The provisional allotment will be released on September 5, followed by reporting at the allotted college between September 7 and 10.

How To Register For TS PGECET 2026 Final Phase Counselling?
Candidates should visit pgecetadm.tgche.ac.in and complete the online registration within the specified deadline. They need to fill in the required details, pay the registration-cum-verification fee and upload scanned copies of the required original certificates. The processing fee is Rs 1,200 for all candidates except those belonging to SC/ST candidates who are required to pay Rs 600 as registration fees.
Documents Required For Certificate Verification
Candidates should keep scanned copies of the following documents ready:
- GATE scorecard or TS PGECET rank card
- Original/provisional degree certificate and consolidated marks memo
- Intermediate/Diploma/10+2 certificate
- SSC certificate for date-of-birth proof
- Bonafide study certificates from Class 1 to graduation
- Residence certificate, wherever applicable
- Telangana community/caste certificate, if applicable
- Latest income certificate issued on or after January 1, 2026, if applicable
- Valid 2026-27 EWS certificate, if applicable
- Transfer Certificate
- Relevant residence/employer certificates for eligible non-local candidates
- Minority certificate, wherever applicable
