Coal India 2026 CBT Exam Pattern

The Computer Based Online Test will be conducted for two papers including Paper-I & Paper-II. The duration of the exam will be 3 hours and in one sitting. The exam consists of two papers of 100 marks each. Paper-I will consist of General Knowledge/Awareness, Reasoning, Numerical Ability and General English and Paper-II will consist of Professional Knowledge (Discipline related) with 100 multiple choice questions (MCQ) in each paper.
Each question will carry1 mark and there is no penalty for wrong answer. No marks will be awarded for un-attempted questions. The question paper shall be bilingual i.e. in English and Hindi only.
