1. Educational Qualifications

• For the APFC post candidates must have a degree from a recognised university or an equivalent qualification. 

• A diploma in Company Law, Labour Laws or Public Administration is also necessary.

2. Age Limit

• The maximum age limit is 35 years for UR/EWS candidates.

• 38 years for OBC candidates

• 40 years for SC/ST candidates.
