What is the 11th Admission Part One Registration System?
For the academic year 2026-27, the state is implementing the online centralized admission process for the second time. The initiative falls under the government’s 'Ease of Living' efforts. Earlier, with its initial scope of only FYJC colleges within major municipalities, the move aims to expand its reach statewide. The registration process includes 9,551 colleges across the state. Although the final seat count is unknown, authorities predict that more than 22 lakh seats will be available for Class XI admission.
The Directorate of Education opened Part 1 of the registration prior to the declaration of Class 10 results in June 2026. Part 2 of the form, where students select colleges and their order of preference, will only open after the official Class 10 results are released. Part 2 will involve college selection and preference listing based on merit. A merit list will be released based on these preferences and the merit of the students, which will then determine their college admission. Students from all educational boards, including State Board, CBSE, ICSE, and others, can apply. Students can visit the official website at mahafyjcadmissions.in to complete their application process.
