UP Police Constable Exam 2026: The Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPRPB) is all set to conduct the upcoming UP Police Constable Written Exam 2026, which will take place on 8th, 9th, and 10th June 2026. The examination will be conducted in two shifts each day, located throughout 75 districts of the state. There are 32,679 posts of Constables that are being filled through the process of recruitment. Aspirants must know about the shift timings and other rules regarding the examination day to avoid any last-minute problems.

UP Police Constable Exam 2026

Uttar Pradesh Police Constable Exam 2026 has been organized by Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPRPB) for filling up 32,679 vacancies for different positions such as Civil Constable, SSF Lady Constable, Mounted Police Constable, and Jail Warder. This Exam will be held through offline mode for two shifts per day for three days from June 8 - 10, 2026.

UP Police Constable Written Examination 2026 will take place in two shifts daily from June 8, 9 & 10, 2026, in the Morning Shift and Afternoon Shift. It is important to reach the exam venue well before the closure of the gate time since entry into the examination venue will not be allowed once the gates close. UP Constable 2026 Exam Day Guidelines

Candidates who are sitting in the UP Police Constable Written Exam 2026 need to strictly follow all guidelines set out by UPPRPB regarding the conduct on the exam day. These include:

  • The candidates are expected to report at least 2 hours before the exam. The entry gate will shut 30 minutes before the exam, and no late entries will be permitted after this. 

  • Must carry a printed copy of the Admit Card and an original photo proof of identity to the examination hall.

  • Avoid carrying any electronic gadgets such as a mobile phone/smartwatch, inside the examination hall. 

  • Candidates need to sit in the seat that is mentioned in the admit card.  

  • No talking/gestures, or looking around the room during the examination are permissible.  

  • Didn’t leave the examination hall before the exam ended.   

  • Candidates must keep their Aadhaar unlocked for E-KYC verification at the centre.

  • Candidates must bring the admit card issued by the Board along with any identification document like e-Aadhaar, driving license, or passport, along with a black/blue ballpoint pen.

  • Bring at least one copy of the same identification document for verification.

  • Have two copies of recent passport-size photographs with you.

  • Use only black/blue ballpoint pens, and no gel pen should be used for writing on the OMR sheet.
