Union Bank Apprentice Recruitment 2026: Exam Scheduled for June 7; Check Official Notification PDF here

Union Bank of India has released the exam date for the Apprentice Recruitment 2026 under the Apprentices Act, 1961. The bank will be recruiting 1,865 apprentices for different branches and offices across the country through this recruitment drive.

As per the official notification, the online examination will be held on June 7, 2026.The online application process for the recruitment was started on April 29, 2026, and ended on May 19, 2026.Selected candidates will undergo one year of apprenticeship training and will receive a monthly stipend between Rs 15,000 and Rs 20,000 during the training period.

Earlier, Union Bank of India had invited online applications from graduate candidates for apprentice posts under its latest recruitment drive. Candidates from across the country were eligible to apply for these vacancies. Union Bank Apprentice Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria

• Qualifications Must hold a graduate degree in any discipline from any institute/college/university recognized/approved by government bodies/AICTE/UGC. The date of passing graduation should not be more than 4 years (viz., the date of the graduation marksheet should not be prior to 01.04.2022) preceding the cut-off date, i.e., 01.04.2026.

• Age Limit The minimum age limit required for Union Bank Apprentice is 20 years. while the maximum age limit for the Union Bank Apprentice is 28 years

Union Bank Apprentice Recruitment 2026 Selection Process

The selection process for the apprentice recruitment will include an online examination and a local language proficiency test. Candidates who clear the online test will have to appear for the language test as the next stage of the recruitment process.

A total of 1,865 apprentice vacancies have been announced under this recruitment drive. Selected candidates will undergo a one-year apprenticeship program, during which they will gain practical training and exposure to various banking operations and related activities.
