RBI Assistant Notification 2026: The Reserve Bank of India has published notification for the recruitment of 650 posts of ‘Assistant’ on its official website. Selection for these posts will be done based on the performance of candidates in two phases i.e., Preliminary and Main Examination, followed by a Language Proficiency Test (LPT). The Bank will conduct the country-wide competitive prelims examination on April 11, 2026 across the country. The online application process is underway and eligible candidates can apply online for these posts on or before March 08, 2026.

RBI Assistant 2026 Prelims Exam Pattern

Selection will be done on the basis of performance of candidates in two phases i.e., Preliminary and Main Examination, followed by a Language Proficiency Test (LPT). The preliminary examination will be conducted on April 11, 2026 in a multiple choice format consisting of subjects including English LanguageNumerical Ability and Reasoning Ability.
