JEE Mains Result 2026: The JEE Mains Result for Session 1 will be announced tomorrow. According to the notification issued, the JEE Mains Result 2026 will be announced at jeemain.nta.nic.in on February 16, 2026. Candidates who have appeared for the Joint Entrance Examination conducted from January 21 to 29, 2026, can visit the official website to check the results. 

The JEE Mains 2026 results will be available on the official website - jeemain.nta.nic.in. Candidates can also visit the official website nta.ac.in to check the scorecard notification. To check the results, candidates are required to visit the official website and log in using their JEE Main Application Number and Password. The Session 1 scorecard will include the marks, rank and percentile scored. Based on the rankings, candidates can apply for counselling and the admission process.

Although the time of announcement of the result is not yet confirmed, it is expected that the results will be announced by evening. As per the notification issued by the National Testing Agency, the NTA JEE Mains session 1 result 2026 is likely to be announced by officials on February 16, 2026. The time of announcement of the result is not confirmed; however, as per previous trends, it is likely to be announced in the evening. Students who have appeared for the exams can download their Session 1 JEE Mains scorecard through the link available on the official website.

Steps to Download JEE Main Scorecard 2026

The link for candidates to check their results and download the NTA JEE Mains scorecard for session 1 will be available on the official website. Follow the steps provided below to download the scorecard

Step 2: Click on the Session 1 result link

Step 3: Log in with the JEE Main application number and password

Step 4: The Session 1 results will be displayed

What After JEE Mains Session 1 Result?

The JEE Main session 1 result will be announced online shortly. After the session 1 results are announced, students who have cleared the exams will be able to download their scorecards using their JEE Main application number and Password. Candidates who wish to apply for the JEE Main session 2 exams can also register through the link on the official website - jeemain.nta.nic.in. Candidates who have secured the top 2,50,000 in the JEE Main 2026 (Paper 1) examinations in Session 1 exams will also be eligible to apply for JEE Advanced. 
JoSAA 2026 counselling registrations will also open soon. Candidates who wish to participate in the counselling and admission procedures to IITs and other engineering institutes must participate in the online counselling procedure. Details of the counselling registration and seat allotment process will be available on the official JoSAA portal.

    1. Correct answer or the most appropriate answer: Four marks (+4)

    2. Any incorrect option marked will be given minus one mark (-1)

    3. Unanswered/Marked for Review (without selecting any option) will be given no mark (0)

    4. If more than one option is found to be correct, then four marks (+4) will be awarded to only those who have marked any of the correct options

    JEE Main 2026 Final Answer Key Live: Session 1 B.E and B.Tech Answer Keys Shortly

    The National Testing Agency is likely to release the JEE Mains session 1 final answer key 2026 for the B.E and B.Tech Paper 1 candidates today or early tomorrow. The final answer key is based on the challenges submitted by candidates on the provisional answer key until February 6, 2026. NTA is yet to release the Session 1 Paper 2A and 2B provisional answer key.
