To challenge the NEET UG 2026 answer key, students need to pay ₹200 for each question they want to object to. The payment has to be made online at the time of submission itself. If the objection is accepted after review, the amount for that question will be refunded. In short, the fee is charged only to process serious and valid challenges.
What Happens After the NEET Objection Window Closes?
Once the objection window closes, all the submitted challenges are taken up for expert review. If any objection is found correct, the answer key is revised and that change is applied for all students equally. After this, the final answer key is prepared and used for evaluation. Students are not usually informed separately about the result of each objection.
