NEET re-exam 2026 was conducted for over 22 lakh medical aspirants. The entrance exam is conducted for admissions to MBBS, BDS, and AYUSH courses in medical colleges and universities across the country. NEET 2026 Re-Exam Question Paper Pattern
The NTA has retained the NEET UG 2026 Re-Exam marking scheme, where candidates will receive +4 marks for every correct answer, while 1 mark will be deducted for every incorrect response, and unattempted questions will neither deduct nor add any marks.

NEET 2026 Question Paper PDF Download
The question paper will be made available by the NTA soon. Candidates will need to visit the official website to check and download the question papers along with the official answer key on the dedicated portal at neet.nta.nic.in. Students will require their application number to check the question paper.
