BSEB, Bihar Board Matric, Intermediate Compartment and Special Exam 2026 Scrutiny Window Opens, Apply Till May 29

The Bihar Board, called the Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB), opened the matric and intermediate special and compartmental exam answer sheet scrutiny window. Students who appeared for the supplementary exams will be able to apply for scrutiny or re-evaluation/re-counting of answer sheets on the websites and dedicated portals given. The last date to apply for answer book scrutiny online is May 29, 2026. 

The results of the matric 10th and intermediate 12th Special and Compartmental Examination were published on May 23, 2026. The process for answer sheet scrutiny began on May 25, 2026. In case any student is dissatisfied with their marks and wish to apply for totaling errors, unevaluated questions, etc. in one or all subjects, they can apply online for scrutiny of their answer sheets on the Board's dedicated portals. Students will be subjected to pay an online prescribed application fee of INR 120 per subject. Students will require their Roll Code and Roll Number to register online.

How to apply for Bihar Board 10th, 12th Special and Compartment Exam 2026 Scrutiny Online

Students interested in getting their answer books scrutinized will need to follow the mentioned steps:

1. Visit the concerned class-wise website as mentioned above.
2. Click the link "Apply for scrutiny (Secondary Special and Compartmental Examination 2026)" on the website. 
3. Register by entering Roll Code, Roll Number, and Date of Birth and create a password.
4. Login using the Roll Code, Roll Number, and password. 
5. The application form will appear showing student details and subjects.
6. Tick the checkbox in front of the subject(s) you wish to apply for.
7. Click the Fee Payment button.
8. Review form and submit, saving the confirmation page.
