The Madhya Pradesh Employee Selection Board (MPESB) has officially announced the online objection window for the Van Rakshak  (Forest Guard) and Jail Prahari Combined recruitment exam, along with the candidate’s answer sheet. The Objection window for the MPESB Van Rakshak and Jail Prahari is open from June 22, 2026, to June 25, 2026, at esb.mp.gov.in. 

If any candidate who appeared for the exam finds any error, mistake, or a wrong answer marked by the board, they can challenge that answer through the objection window. Because a single mark can significantly shift the position of the final merit list for the Physical Eligibility Test (PET), using this window carefully is highly recommended.

MPESB Van Rakshak and Jail Prahari 2026: Steps to Submit Objections Online

As the Madhya Pradesh Employee Selection Board has opened the objection window from June 22, 2026, to June 25, 2026, candidates are advised to go through their answer key very carefully and raise objections on the official website only. Given below are the steps, the direct link through which the candidates can submit their answer key objections online:-

• Go to the official website of the MP Employee Selection Board at esb.mp.gov.in. 
• Once the candidate is redirected to the homepage, the page will ask for the preferred language. Click either Hindi or English as their preferred language.
• Once the page is reflected in the preferred candidate’s language, look for the Latest Updates section.
• In red, the notification will read as ‘Question Objection- Van Rakshak, Kshetra Rakshak, Jail Prahari and Assistant Jail Superintendent Combined Recruitment Test 2026.
• Click on the notification, and the candidate will be redirected to the login window.
• Enter the required details, which include application number, TAC Code, Date of Birth and the Captcha code carefully, and click on Submit.
• Candidates will receive their individual question-by-question answer sheets. Candidates are advised to go through the answer very carefully and mark the specific question to which they want to object.
• Choose the option which candidates think is correct and upload a clean, readable proof for the objection.
• Pay the required fee and then finally submit the objection.

Candidates should note that the board will not give any extension to the objection window after the last date, which is June 25, 2026.

MPESB Van Rakshak and Jail Prahari 2026: Objection Fee, Rules and Other Details

To prevent any cases of non-serious claims from the candidates who appeared for the exam, the Madhya Pradesh Employee Selection Board has laid clear rules. The candidates have to follow without any fails to make their objection count with the board. Given below are the objection fees and the rules as set by MPESB for the candidates to raise objections to any questions and the answer:-

Candidates should note that if they uploaded any kind of unclear photo for the answer, or fail to cite any recognised source, the board will reject the objection claim without a fee refund. Candidates are advised to carefully raise the objection of answer and provide clear proof for the correct answer. Once the last date for objections is over, all the objections will then move to the next stage for evaluation by the Subject Matter Expert. 

These SMEs will then review each raised objection, whether they are valid or not. If any questions are found to have an error, they will be cancelled entirely, and the marks will be adjusted for all candidates who took that specific shift.  Once every procedure has been followed and completed, the board will then release the final result of the qualified candidates, who will then proceed to the next stage of the selection process.
