How to Register on the MP TAAS Portal

The students who wish to apply for the MP TAAS Scholarship can follow the simple steps provided below to register on the portal.

  • Visit the Official Portal: tribal.mp.gov.in.

  • On the homepage, click on “New Beneficiary Profile Registration”

  • Enter your 10-digit Samagra ID and click “Fetch Details.” Your basic personal information will be automatically filled in.

  • Complete Aadhaar e-KYC Authentication

  • Verify Pre-filled Information

  • Provide further details, such as your educational information and active bank account details for Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT).

  • Upload scanned copies of essential documents like your marksheet, caste certificate, income certificate, and a passport-sized photograph.

  • After reviewing your details, click “Submit.”

  • After successful submission, the system will generate a unique User ID and Password for future logins.

How To Apply For the MPTAAS Scholarship Online

  • Go to the MP TAAS Portal at tribal.mp.gov.in and login using your credentials generated during registration.

  • A pop-up will appear on your screen; click the Click Here option after reading the information.

  • On the homepage, go to the PMS dropdown and select the Application Apply option.

  • Fill in the details that have been asked, such as the admission year, scholarship type (Fresh or Renewal), and course (e.g., post-matric, professional). Then, click on the Go to Apply button.

  • The MP TAAS Application form will appear. Fill the application form with all the required information.

  • Upload the documents in the prescribed format.

  • Review all the details that you have provided.

  • Finally, click Submit to complete the application. Note your application/reference number for tracking purposes.

  • Once submitted, you can use the reference number to track your application progress.

Eligibility Criteria for MPTAAS Scholarship

The students must meet the following eligibility criteria in order to apply for the MP TAAS Scholarship.

  • Residency: The applicant must be a permanent resident of Madhya Pradesh.

  • Category: Students belonging to the Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), and Other Backward Classes (OBC) are eligible to apply.

  • Annual Family Income: The annual family income limit is set at ₹6,00,000 for SC/ST students.

  • Education: The student must have been enrolled in a recognised school, college, or university.

  • Other Government Scholarship: The student must not have enrolled in other government scholarship programmes and must not be availing any benefits out of it.

  • Bank Account: The applicant’s  bank account must be linked with Aadhaar for DBT.
