The Karnatala Examination Authority (KEA), on behalf of the Karnataka State Police, has released the Civil Police Constable (CPC) Recruitment 2026 for 3395 vacancies. The post is offering an attractive salary and benefits, and promotion chances. As per the official notification, the selected candidates will receive a pay of Rs. 37500 to Rs. 76,100 per month.
The online registration started from June 8, 2026 and will conclude on July 3, 2026, and the written exam for the Karnataka Police exam will be held on August 2, 2026, from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM.

Karnataka Police 2026: What benefits will be given?
¹Once the candidates have passed all the stages of the selection process, which includes a written exam, an endurance test, a physical standard test (PST), a medical exam, and document verification, they will be given the joining letters with their posting. The candidates should know the benefits that they will be given by the Karnataka State Police Department, which are as follows:-
- Qualified and selected candidates will have to attend a 9-month training. In this, candidates will be trained for institutional training at the specified police training schools, which will be given by the DG and IGP from time to time.
- Candidates will have to clear the exams, which will be held during the time of training period. Those candidates who fail during the exams conducted within the training period will be discharged from the services.
- The candidates who are selected through direct recruitment will be kept on a probation period for 2 years and 6 months from the date of their appointment.
- As per the instructions of the government, the National Pension System (NSP) will be applicable.
