The National Board Examination in Medical Sciences (NBEMS), has issued an important fraud advisory for candidates applying for NEET PG 2026. It is cautioning them against cyber scams, identity thefts, and unauthorized access to personal information during the admission process. The warning comes out with the ongoing NEET PG 2026 registration process, as the board urges candidates to remain active and not to rely anywhere else, only on the official updates.
It also highlights that fraudsters may attempt to obtain the candidate’s personal details. NBEMS has clarified that it has not authorized any private agency or coaching institute to collect candidates' personal or examination-related information.
NBEMS Issues Cyber Fraud Advisory for NEET PG 2026 Candidates
According to the latest advisory, candidate should never share sensitive information such as:
- NEET PG Admit Card
- One Time Password
- Login ID and Password
- Scorecards
- Identity documents
- Passport-size photographs
- Registration credentials
NBEMS warned that sharing such personal information can expose a candidate's identity theft, cyber frauds, financial scams, and unauthorised access to exam records. Candidates are advised to keep all their details confidential and safe, and should only rely on official information.

NBEMS Clarifies: No Private Agency Is Authorized
The examination has specifically stated that no coaching institute, admission agencies, consultancy, or any third party organization has been authorised to collect a candidate's personal and confidential information. Candidates should be aware of all the suspicious calls, emails, messages, or any exam related services. Official information for any NEET PG 2026 related queries or information will be updated directly by NBEMS.
One Candidate, One Application Rule
NBEMS has once again reminded all the candidates that only one application is permitted per candidate for NEET PG 2026. The advisory also warns against all the forged or fake documents or incorrect information during the registration process. NBEMS stated that anyone who is found guilty for it will face immediate cancellation. In serious cases candidates may also be debarred from future NBEMS Exams.
NEET PG 2026 Registration Continues
The NEET OG 2026 application process began on July 1, 2026 and will continue till July 21, 2026. The exam is scheduled to be conducted on August 30, 2026. It has brought several important changes in the examination process, exam centre allocation guidelines and updated application instructions.
