Populalry knowns as the M-Sir in the coaching hub of Latur, Maharashtra, Motengaonkar is the founder of a massive educational empire that attract thousands of medical aspirants every year.  His rise from a small-town teacher to a coaching executive is now being overshadowed by allegations of involvement in the national paper leak syndicate.

Shivraj Motengaonkar’s name surfaced during the interrogation of other accused individuals, leading authorities to investigate whether his coaching infrastructure was used to facilitate the distribution of leaked materials.
