The AIIMS BSc Nursing 2026 exam was held in computer-based mode on 27 June 2026 in two shifts from 9.30 AM to 11.30 AM and 12.30 AM to 2.30 PM for admissions in Bsc Hons Nursing Program offered by various AIIMS institute across the country for academic session 2026-27.As per the first reaction coming from students and exam watchers, the paper looked balanced but competitive. The question paper followed the usual pattern with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and General Knowledge, and negative marking again made accuracy very important. Overall, the paper did not look impossible, but it was not a paper where random guessing would help.

AIIMS BSc Nursing Exam Analysis

The paper was mostly based on standard Class 11 and 12 concepts, with Biology carrying many direct and familiar questions. Chemistry looked manageable for well-prepared students, especially those strong in NCERT-based revision. Physics appeared to be the section that demanded the most time because of calculation-based and concept-heavy questions. General Knowledge remained the unpredictable part and may play a key role in final ranking for many candidates.

AIIMS BSc Nursing Difficulty Level

The overall difficulty level can be called moderate. Biology was the easiest section for many candidates, while Chemistry stayed between easy to moderate. Physics was the toughest section in comparison, mainly because it was more time-consuming. GK was short in size but could still affect scores because even a few wrong answers can matter in a close competition.

AIIMS BSc Nursing Good Attempts

A safe estimate for good attempts is around 78 to 86 questions, provided accuracy is strong. Candidates who attempted above this range with controlled mistakes may stay in a better position. Because of negative marking, a lower attempt with better accuracy may still beat a high-attempt strategy.
