With separate government orders on July 3, 2026, the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change has removed three senior members of Union Minister Bhupender Yadav’s personal staff. The exact reason hasn't been disclosed yet.
Who Were the Three Aides Removed?
The three officials who were reshuffled are Amar Singh (IRS), who was a Private Secretary. He was removed and repatriated to the Department of Revenue on administrative grounds. Shailesh Kumar Singh was the Additional Private Secretary. He was also removed and prematurely repatriated to the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT). Ayush Saran was Additional Private Secretary. He was also terminated with immediate effect.
Who Is Amar Singh?
Amar Singh is a 2010 batch Indian Revenue Service officer. He joined Bhupender Yadav’s office in 2021 when the minister was handling the Labour and Employment Ministry, he was upgraded to Director in 2024. His tenure as Private Secretary had been extended until 7 September 2026. But now he is removed with immediate effect.
