UPPSC Prelims Application Form 2026: The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has commenced the application process for 500 General/ Specialist posts under Advertisement No.A-1/E-1/2026 from 25 June onwards. The candidates who are interested in applying for the recruitment should apply as soon as possible before waiting for the last date, which is 27 July 2026. The candidates can apply by visiting the official website of UPPSC at uppsc.up.nic.in. It is mandatory for the candidates to make One Time Registration (OTR) and obtain OTR number before applying online. The posts include Principal, Senior Lecturer DIET, Labour Enforcement Officer, Assistant Labour Commissioner, Food Safety Officer, District Probation Officer, District Programme Officer, and other specialist posts. There will be different selection criteria based on the posts you are applying for. Some of the posts also require physical measurements such as the post of DSP, District Commandant Home Guards, Superintendent of Jail, Excise Inspector, and Deputy Jailor. The eligibility criteria for each of the posts will vary in terms of educational qualifications.

Steps to Fill UPPCS Prelims Application Form 2026

To fill the UPPCS Prelims application form 2026, the candidates can follow the steps given below:

• Visit the official website of UPPSC, uppsc.up.nic.in. 

• On the homepage, click on the Combined State/Upper Subordinate Services Examination 2026 link.

• Now click on the Apply button.

• Click on Authenticate with OTR.

• Now verify whether you have completed the OTR process or not.

• Click on the Yes box if registered for OTR.

• Enter your OTR Number and login.

• Fill all the remaining details required in the application form.

• Pay the application fee as applicable.

• Submit the application form and save it for future reference.
