IIM Lucknow Opens Applications for BS in Artificial Intelligence and Business Analytics for JEE Advanced Qualifiers

The Indian Institute of Management Lucknow has invited applications for its new program Bachelor of Science in Artificial Intelligence and Business Analytics a first of its kind undergraduate offering aimed at higher secondary graduates who have qualified for JEE Advanced.The inaugural batch will have 60 seats, Interested Candidates can visit the official IIM Lucknow website to submit online applications till July 3, 2026. Eligibility, Admission Process and Important Dates

The programme is open to Indian students who passed their Class 12 or equivalent examination in 2025 or 2026 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as their main subjects. Admission will be based on a combination of academic record and JEE Advanced performance. As per Government of India norms, candidates from SC and ST categories will be eligible for a 5 per cent relaxation in marks.IIM Lucknow has also announced the admission schedule. Curriculum, Tech MBA Pathway and Career Opportunities

The BS programme blends advanced technology learning with business and management education. Students will study areas such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, data engineering, responsible AI, business analytics, data warehousing, big data computing, cloud computing, computer vision, deep learning and machine learning deployment. They will also gain exposure to IIM Lucknow’s specialised labs focused on Business Intelligence, Computer Vision, Digital Transformation, Linguistics and Social AI.

A major highlight is the structured pathway into IIM Lucknow’s proposed Tech-MBA programme, expected to start in 2027-28. Eligible students will be able to transition after the third year of the BS degree, creating an integrated dual-degree route at one of India’s leading management institutes.

The institute says the programme is designed to prepare future ready professionals who can contribute meaningfully to business, society and the economy. By restricting admissions to top JEE Advanced performers, IIM Lucknow aims to attract high calibre talent.
