HP NEET Counselling 2026: Important Note
- The candidates cannot claim any right over the allotted seat on the basis of provisional merit and it cannot be challenged before the court of law.
- Candidates claiming the benefit of any reserved category/quota are required to ensure that all the certificates/documents submitted by them are valid, updated and in the prescribed format as specified in the Prospectus.
- Candidates are advised to get their certificates/documents updated or prepared in the prescribed format, wherever required, before the commencement of the admission process.
- In case of any discrepancy, outdated/invalid certificate, or non-submission of the prescribed document, the candidate shall not be entitled to claim the benefit of the respective category/quota.
- Further, provisional allotment of a seat, if any, shall not confer any right of admission, and the final eligibility/category claim shall be subject to verification and approval by the Admission Committee of the concerned Institute.
