NBEMS released the FNB 2025 online merit-based counselling schedule on June 24, 2026. The registrations will begin from July 9, 2026 on the official website at natboard.edu.in. The further rounds of counselling will depend on the number of vacant seats remaining after round 2 of counselling.
FNB 2025: The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) released the online centralized merit-based counselling schedule for FNB 2025 today, June 24, 2026. The online counselling registration will begin from July 9, 2026 as per the schedule. Candidates can check the official schedule on the website at natboard.edu.in.

FNB 2025: Counselling Schedule
The Online Centralized Merit Based Counseling for admission to FNB courses for 2025 Admission Session shall be conducted by NBEMS as per the schedule given below:

FNB Counselling 2025: General Guidelines
- All applicants are advised to carefully read the guidelines on the admission process as mentioned on the information brochure and the eligibility criteria before applying to ensure that they match it.
- All registrations and subsequent processes will be done and hosted online only on the official website of the board at natboard.edu.in. Candidates are advised to fill their preferences/choice of seats carefully and lock and confirm them timely to avoid cancellation of candidature.
- Candidates are required to pay the Counseling registration fee of INR 2500 at the time of online registration.
- The provisional seat matrix is available on the dedicated portal at counseling.nbe.edu.in.
- In order to complete the Registration for the Counseling, it is mandatory to deposit the one-year non-refundable course fee of INR 1,25,000 to participate in the Counseling. Payment gateway charges shall be borne by the candidate.
- In case, a candidate is not allotted any seat during any rounds of the Counseling, the annual course fee will be refunded to the candidate.
- In case candidates did not opt for Freeze or Upgradation after seat allotment in any round of counseling, they shall not be eligible to participate in subsequent round of counseling and the amount paid against the 1st year course fee shall be forfeited by NBEMS.
