CBSE Board Exams 2026: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is holding a live webcast to explain the guidelines for the conduct of examinations and On Screen Marking (OSM) for the Secondary and Senior Secondary Board Examinations 2026.
This year, there are about 46 lakh students appearing from more than 8,074 examination centres across the country and abroad. The exams will be held from February 17 to April 10, 2026, for more than 31,000 schools affiliated to it in India and 26 countries abroad.
Schedule of CBSE Live Webcast 2026
Accordingly, the Board has decided to organize a Live Webcast to as per the following schedule:

The board introduced several measures for examination assessment this year, introducing 3 important initiatives as per the following details:
- Second Board Examinations in Class X
- On-Screen Marking for Class XII
- Division of Question Paper in In Subjects Science and Social Studies for Class X

CBSE Board Exam 2026 Live Webcast: Instructions for Schools
Schools will take the following action to live stream the webcast:
- Log on to the link youtube.com/live/Mcx21zdFJo4 or Go to YouTube and search BoardExams@CBSE
- You will require a screen, sound system, and Internet connection to view the Webcast.
- All schools will compulsorily make arrangements to watch the Live Webcast under the Supervision of the Principal.
- All teachers teaching Classes IX to Classes-XII and other staff involved in the conduct of examination and evaluation should watch the webcast and note down important instructions pertaining to their role in the examination.
- As Guidelines for the CS have already been sent to all the examination centres, hence, query, if any, may please be sent to CBSE on e-mail id info.cbseexam@cbseshiksha.in so that these queries can be taken up during the course of the webcast.
- Queries (if any) after the webcast may also be sent on the abovementioned email id so that these queries can be addressed.
- RDS/ROs along with their officers/officials shall attend the Webinar.
- Each school is required to upload the following on ASAR app which can be downloaded from Google Play Store:
- A geotagged photograph covering the participants
- Total number of participants in the program
