Banaras Hindu University has started the admission process for the Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry course for the academic year 2026-27. The programme is also known as BVSc and AH. Eligible candidates can now register for admission through the BHU admission portal. Admission will be based on NEET UG 2026 scores. Candidates must complete the registration process before the deadline to be considered for the counselling rounds.
BHU BVSc & AH 2026: Important Dates for Admission
BHU has released the schedule for the upcoming admission and seat allotment process. Candidates must complete their online registration by September 20, 2026 at 11.59 PM. After registration closes the university will check the applications for eligibility. The seat allotment results will then be released in three rounds.

Steps to Apply for BHU Veterinary Admission 2026?
Candidates can follow the below given steps to complete the BHU Veterinary Course admission form 2026 by September 20,2026.
- Visit the official BHU admission portal at admission.bhu.ac.in
- Select the registration link for BVSc & AH admission
- Create a new account using an active email ID
- Enter your personal details and academic qualifications
- Enter your valid NEET UG 2026 roll number and score
- Pay the prescribed online registration fee
- Click on the final submit button
- Download and save the confirmation page for reference
Note: Candidates should enter all details carefully while filling out the application form. They should also complete the process before the deadline to avoid any last minute issues.
BHU BVSc & AH Admission 2026: Seat Allotment
BHU BVSc and AH seat allotment will be conducted in 3 rounds followed by a mop-up round. The First seat allotment result 2026 will be issued on September 28, 2026. The second round of seat allotment results will be issued on October 1, 2026. Then the third round allotment results will be made public on October 5, 2026. In case seats remain vacant, BHU will conduct the final mop up round on October 14, 2026.
