SSC CGL Recruitment 2026: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will soon release the much-awaited SSC CGL Notification on its official website. The SSC conductes the Combined Graduate Level (CGL) to recruit the candidates for various Group B and Group C Posts such as Assistant Audit Officer, Assistant Accounts Officer, Inspector (Examiner), Sub Inspector, Assistant Section Officer, Assistant Enforcement Officer, Divisional Accountant, Inspector, Assistant Superintendent, Inspector of Income Tax, Senior Secretariat Assistant/ Upper Division Clerks, Auditor, Tax Assistant, Accountant/ Junior A, Junior Statistical Officer and Statistical Investigator Grade-II.

SSC CGL Eligibility Criteria 2026

Educational Qualification: A graduate degree from a recognised university is mandatory. However, JSO requires a bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution (minimum 60% in maths in 12th) OR a bachelor’s Degree in a discipline with Statistics as one of the subjects in graduation and for Compiler Posts, a bachelor’s Degree from a recognised institution with Economics, Mathematics or Statistics as a compulsory subject or an elective subject.

Age Limit: The minimum and maximum age limit varies depending on the category and post. Generally, it ranges from 18 to 32 years. Relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable for reserved categories.

Nationality: Candidate must be an Indian citizen.
