RRB NTPC Graduate Exam Pattern 2026
The RRB NTPC Exam Pattern 2026 consists of two main stages: CBT 1 and CBT 2. CBT 1 is the first stage of the selection process and acts as a screening test. The marks scored in CBT 1 are qualifying in nature and are not considered for the final merit list.
CBT 1 is conducted online and includes objective-type multiple-choice questions. The total duration of the exam is 90 minutes. 1/3rd mark will be deducted for each wrong answer.

What After RRB NTPC CBT 1 Exam?
Candidates must wait for the result declaration by the Railway Recruitment Board after the RRB NTPC CBT 1 Exam. CBT 1 is the first stage of the selection process and acts as a screening test. The marks scored in this stage are qualifying in nature and are not included in the final merit list.
The RRB releases the CBT 1 result zone-wise on its official websites. Along with the result, category-wise cut-off marks are also published. Candidates who score equal to or above the cut-off are shortlisted for the next stage.
Qualified candidates are called to appear for CBT 2, which is the most important stage of the RRB NTPC selection process. The marks obtained in CBT 2 are considered for final merit preparation.
