How to Fill the UPSC Prelims 2026 Application Form?

Step 2: Locate the Examinations section on the homepage and select View Notices. Download and carefully review the Civil Services Examination 2026 notification.
Step 3: Click the Login button to access the application form. Login options include:
Mobile Number and OTP
URN and Password (URN is generated after completing Universal Registration)
Email ID and Password
Step 4: After finishing the Common Application Form (CAF), go to the 'Examinations' dropdown menu and select 'Apply for Examination' to apply for UPSC CSE 2026.
Step 5: Finalize your CAF data by clicking the Apply Now button.

Application Fee for UPSC CSE 2026 Form
All the applicants are required to pay an application fee to finally submit their application forms for UPSC CSE 2026. The application fee is applicable to all the category of applicants except SC/ST/Female/PwBD/ESM. The application fee for SC/ST/Female/PwBD/ESM is exempted. Other category of applicants such as UR/OBC/EWS/Male candidates have to pay a fee of ₹100.
