PMBI Recruitment 2026: The Pharmaceuticals & Medical Devices Bureau of India (PMBI) has released the PMBI Recruitment 2026 notification for 178 posts on a contractual basis. The official notification was issued on September 3, 2026 under Advertisement No 02/2026. The recruitment includes posts such as Pharmacist, Senior Pharmacist, Marketing Officer, Senior Executive, Assistant Manager, Manager and General Manager across different departments.

Eligible candidates can submit their applications through the offline mode. The last date to submit the application form is September 24, 2026.

PMBI Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria differ according to the post. Candidates must fulfil the  educational qualification, age limit and experience requirements for the position they are applying for. The qualification for senior level posts ranges from graduate level qualifications to B. Pharma, M. Pharma and other specialised degrees depending on the department and role.

The age and experience cut off date will be the date of publication of the advertisement. PMBI has also reserved the right to relax age, experience, qualification and other criteria in deserving cases.

PMBI Recruitment 2026 Application Process

Candidates have to apply in the prescribed format and send the application form along with the required documents and a Demand Draft of Rs 100 in favour of “Pharmaceuticals & Medical Devices Bureau of India (PMBI)”.

The application should be sent by post/courier to the CEO, PMBI at B-500, Tower B, 5th Floor, World Trade Centre, Nauroji Nagar, New Delhi – 110029 and must reach by September 24, 2026 up to 5:00 PM. Applications submitted through email or in any other mode will be rejected.

Candidates should attach the  age proof, educational certificates, experience certificates, photograph and Demand Draft with the application. The selection process will comprise initial screening, written examination and personal interaction or interview.
