General Instructions:

The question paper is divided into FOUR sections.

(1) Section A:

Q.1 contains 8 multiple-choice questions carrying 2 marks each.

Q.2 contains 4 very short answer type questions carrying 1 mark each.

(2) Section B:

  • Contains 12 short answer type questions carrying 2 marks each.

  • Attempt any 8 questions.

(3) Section C:

  • Contains 12 short answer type questions carrying 3 marks each.

  • Attempt any 8 questions.

(4) Section D:

  • Contains 8 long answer type questions carrying 4 marks each.

  • Attempt any 5 questions.

(5) Use of log table is allowed, but calculator is not allowed.

(6) Figures to the right indicate full marks.

(7) Use of graph paper is not necessary. Only rough sketch of graph is expected.

(8) For each multiple choice type of questions, only the first attempt will be considered for evaluation.

(9) Start answer to each section on a new page.
