Candidates can download the specimen of Call Letter for the document verification which is scheduled from March 02, 2026 onwards. HPRCA TGT Medical DV Admit Card 2026: List Of Documents Carried

Candidates appearing in the document verification are required to carry all the crucial documents at the time of certificate verification. You should bring the Call Letter and the following documents, in original, for verification and submit two (02) self-attested photocopies of the documents/certificates. 

• One ID proof for verification of parentage of the candidate.
• Bonafide Himachali Certificate, if applicable.
• Matriculation/10th Certificate, for Date of Birth.
• 10+2 (12th) Class Certificate, if applicable.
• Educational Qualification Certificates with Mark Sheets.
• Category Certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/BPL/WFF/Ward of Ex-serviceman), if applicable.
• a. Certificate of SC/ST/OBC should be on parental basis.
• b. The candidates of reserved categories of other States i.e. other than State of Himachal
• Pradesh, shall be treated as General (UR) and the benefit of reservation shall not be
• admissible to them.
• c. OBC (Non-Creamy layer) Certificate on the prescribed format should be on parental basis valid at the time of submission of ORA and also on the date of documents verification
• in support of reservation claimed by you as an OBC candidate. The OBC certificate is valid for one year from the date of issuance.
• To claim reservation as WFF category, you should bring the latest certificate from competent authority that you are dependent of freedom fighters etc.
• In case you belong to BPL/EWS family, you should bring the necessary certificate on the prescribed format duly countersigned by the competent Authority. As the BPL,
• certificate is valid only for six months from the date of its issue, the certificate should be valid at the time of submission of ORA and also on the date of documents
• Verification. 
• The benefit of reservation under EWS can be availed upon production of an Income and Asset Certificate issued by the Competent Authority i.e. DC/ADC/ADM/SDO (civil) of
• the area where the candidate and /or his family normally resides; or Revenue Officer not below the rank of Tehsildar. The candidate is required to furnish the valid certificate at
• the time of submission of ORA and also on the date of documents verification.
•  Candidates belonging to General (BPL) category are not required to submit Income & Asset Certificate. They shall be treated as eligible for EWS reservation on the basis of valid
• BPL certificate issued by the Competent Authority and supplemented by non SC/ST/OBC
• Certificate. If any BPL Candidate applies for the post reserved for EWS category he/she/shall have to submit a Valid BPL certificate countersigned by the Block Development Officer and also non-SC/ST/OBC certificate issued by the competent authority. The certificate should be valid at the time of submission of ORA as well as
• on the date of document verification.
