Recruitment for EIL in 2026: Requirements for Eligibility

To apply for these posts, candidates must satisfy all the requirements to be eligible to apply for a job with EIL Recruitment 2026. 

Educational Qualification

• The candidates should possess an engineering degree/diploma/graduation in the relevant field with a minimum qualifying percentage of marks.

• The degree should be from a recognized university/institute as per approval from the concerned statutory authority of India.

• Minimum 65% marks are required for the posts of engineer/senior manager/manager/junior draftsman.

• Minimum 60% marks are required for the post of junior assistant grade III.

• Only full-time regular courses will be considered (except CA/CMA/CS).

• Candidates possessing CGPA/CPI shall convert their marks into percentages as per university norms.

Age Limit

• Age limit differs for different posts till the date of cut-off 30 April 2026
• Senior Manager  Up to 40 years
• Manager (HR)  Up to 36 years
• Engineer (All Posts)  Up to 28 years
• Jr. Draftsman Grades I & II  Up to 30 years
• Junior Assistant Grade III Up to 30 years

Relaxation in Age Limits

Candidates belonging to the reservations category are allowed some relaxation in the upper age limit, according to government guidelines.

OBC: 3 years

SC/ST: 5 years

PwBD: 10 years
