Mark Zuckerberg, the co-founder and CEO of Meta, with his wife are now the owner of an historic Strancally Castle estate located in County Waterford, Ireland. The huge property covers 440 acres or approximately 178 hectares. It sits along the River Blackwater. 

The purchase price of the private deal has not been revealed exactly.  The  estimates have suggested the property is worth somewhere around between $23 million and $35 million. The castle estate has received worldwide attention due to its historic architecture, large area and luxurious features.

The purchase price is not known as the sale was made privately. It has been reported that Strancally Castle's property could be worth €20 to €30 million or around $23 to $35 million. In rupee, that would be roughly ₹220 crore to ₹335 crore depending on the exchange rate. The actual price is still under the cover, as the amount Mark Zuckerberg and his wife paid for it is not known officially.

The main mansion is believed to cover around 16,000 square feet and has 11 bedrooms, along with large reception rooms, a library and tower rooms.
