Candidates must meet all the eligibility criteria for BOB LBO Recruitment 2026 listed below:

Educational Qualification: 

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised University/Institution (including Integrated Dual Degree)

• Candidates with professional qualifications like CA, Cost Accountant, Engineering, or Medical are also eligible

Work Experience: 

• Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience as an officer in a Scheduled Commercial Bank (as listed in the Second Schedule of RBI)

Age Limit: 

• The Minimum age is 21 years 

• The maximum is 30 years as on 1 August 2026

Age Relaxation: 

• OBC – 3 years

• SC/ST – 5 years

• PwD – 10 years (as per government norms)

Local Language Knowledge: 

• Candidates must know the local language of the state they are applying for

• For Arunachal Pradesh and Nagaland, English is accepted only if studied and passed as a subject in school in that state

• Not Eligible: Employees currently working in Bank of Baroda's officer cadre or on contract

• Not Eligible: Employees who resigned from an officer-grade position or exited on contract within the last 3 years (as on cut-off date)
