jeemain.nta.nic.in 2026: The National Testing Agency (NTA) released the Joint Entrance Exam (JEE) Main 2026 Session 1 city intimation slip on January 8, 2026. Candidates who registered for the January session exam can visit the official website to download the city slip at jeemain.nta.ac.in 2026. The exams for session 1 will begin on January 21, 2026. Students will need to use their details like application number and password to log in to their account and download the city slip allotted to them. 

The city slip is not equivalent to or a substitute for the admit card. The city slip carries the city details, allowing candidates to plan travel, accommodation, and logistics well in advance for the exam. The JEE Main 2026 admit card will be released later, which will allow them to appear for the exam in the examination hall. NTA will now release the JEE Main 2026 admit card ahead of the exams. JEE Main 2026 Admit Card Release Date and Time

NTA is expected to release the JEE Main 2026 Admit Card online anytime soon. According to the exam schedule, the release will be approximately 4-5 days before the exam. The session 1 JEE main exam 2026 will begin on January 21, 2026, therefore the admit card is expected during mid-January 2026.
