The UP Mukhyamantri Yuva Udyami Vikas Abhiyan (MYUVA) Scheme 2026 is launched by the Government of Uttar Pradesh to provide interest-free loans for projects up to ₹5 lakh in the service and industry sectors for creating 1 lakh micro-enterprises every year to empower the educated and skilled youth to become self-reliant entrepreneurs

Objective

The main objective of this scheme is to generate employment for 10 lakh people over the upcoming 10 years by nurturing the young and talented generation for the entrepreneurial culture.

Benefits

The benefits of the UP Mukhyamantri Yuva Udyami Vikas Abhiyan (MYUVA) Scheme 2026 are:

Phase 1: Will get the project finance up to ₹5 lakh for setting up a new micro-enterprise unit in industry or in service sectors.

• 100% interest subsidy for 4 years

• Repayment period: 6 months

Phase 2: After successfully repaying the first loan, the applicant will get double amount of the loan, up to ₹10 lakh or even ₹20 lakh. 

Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria for this scheme are:

1. Must be a resident of Uttar Pradesh

2. Age limit must be between 21 to 40 years of the age

3. The minimum qualification is 8th pass, but preference will be given to those who passed 10th, 12th, or higher education.

4. Should not be currently employed or working anywhere.
