Re NEET UG 2026 OMR Response Sheet OUT at neet.nta.nic.in; Challenge Window Open Till July 15
NTA has uploaded NEET UG 2026 scanned OMR answer sheets and recorded responses. Candidates can challenge discrepancies till July 15, 2026, at 11 AM by paying Rs 200 per response.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the scanned images of the NEET UG 2026 OMR Answer Sheets along with the recorded responses of candidates on the official website, neet.nta.nic.in. Candidates who appeared for the NEET UG 2026 re-examination held on June 21, 2026, can now access their scanned OMR Sheets and verify whether their responses have been recorded correctly.
The NTA has also opened the OMR response challenge facility, allowing candidates to report any discrepancies in the recorded responses or data fields. The challenge window will remain open until July 15, 2026 by 11:00 AM.

How to Challenge NEET UG 2026 OMR Responses ?
- Visit the Official Website:neet.nta.nic.in
- Login using the application number and password
- Complete the mandatory Two Factor Authentication using OTP sent to the registered mobile number and email ID.
- Click on View/Challenge OMR Sheet and Recorded Responses.
- Compare the scanned OMR Sheet with the recorded responses
- Select the question or data field where discrepancies are found
- Pay Rs 200 per challenge through online payment.
- Submit the challenge and download the acknowledgement page for the future reference.

Who can Challenge the Recorded Responses?
Candidates who notice a mismatch between the answers they marked on their physical OMR Sheet and the responses recorded by the scanning agency can submit an online challenge. Apart from response mismatches, candidates can also report errors in captured data fields such as:
- Roll Number
- Booklet number
- Test Booklet set code
- Other essential details captured from the OMR Sheet
The challenge facility is available only through the official online website. NTA Clarified that the Answer Key Challenge process has already concluded. Therefore, candidates can only challenge discrepancies in the recorded OMR responses or captured data fields. No further objections regarding the answer key will be looked into.
What happens After the Challenge Submission?
After successful payment and submission, candidates should download and retain the acknowledgement page. NTA will review all valid challenges and if a candidate’s claim is verified, necessary corrections will be made as per the given procedure.
