OTET Admit Card 2025 Qualifying Marks

To qualify in the Odisha Teacher Eligibility Test (OTET) 2025, candidates will have to obtain category wise cut off marks. As per the notification released, candidates will have to obtain the following  qualifying marks-

• A candidate who scores 60% or more in the TET Examination will be considered as TET pass.
• Candidates belonging to SC, ST, SEBC/ OBC, Physically Handicapped securing scores 50% may be considered as TET Pass.
•  The TET score will be given weight age in the recruitment process.

OTET Paper 1 Exam Pattern
There will be 30 questions each in Child Development and Pedagogy, Language 1 Odia/Urdu/Hindi/Telugu/Bengali, Language 2 English, Maths and EVS. Each question will be of 1 mark.

OTET Paper 2 Exam Pattern
Paper 2 will have 30 compulsory questions each on Child Development and Pedagogy, Language 1 (Odia/Urdu/Hindi/Telugu/Bengali), and Language 2 (English).

OTET Exam Shifts and Timings 2025

The Odisha Teacher Eligibility Test (OTET) 2025 which is the gateway for various teaching posts in the state schools is scheduled to be held on December 17, 2025. The written exam will be held for Paper I and Paper II in two shifts. Exam will be held in two shifts including Paper I from 09.00 am to 11:30 am and Paper II from 02:00 pm to 4:30 pm. There will be a total 150 questions carrying 150 marks.
